Pastor Jullian is a Postdoctoral fellow at the Instituto de Ciencias de la Ingeniería at the Universidad de O’Higgins. He holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of Adelaide, where he focused on plant genetics and epigenetics using high-throughput technologies. He also has experience working with linear mixed models to integrate multi-omics data to study complex traits. At the Universidad de O’Higgins, Jullian’s research is focused on integrating multi-omics data for the study of cancer, as well as the phylogeny of the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome from a Chilean population. He is particularly interested in understanding the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms that drive cancer development and progression. Jullian’s expertise in multi-omics analysis and genetic architecture provides valuable insights into developing personalized cancer treatments.
